Learn about filmmaking and global issues on May 3rd or 4th 2008. Create Video and the World Workshops will give youth between the ages of 8 - 18 years old the opportunity to come together to make a short film about what they feel is the most important global issue we face today. The free workshops are offered by the Atlantic Council for International Cooperation (ACIC) in collaboration with the Kaleidoscope Video Challenge (
