The Students for Teaching Peace Video Group
will present two sneak previews of some of their footage at the Viewfinders
International Festival for Youth in Halifax, NS.
- April 19th - 7:00 PM - Oxford
Theatre - Opening Night
A short assembly of footage will be presented before the opening
night film "Millions"
Also in attendance will the Honourable
Myra Freeman, Lt. Governor of Nova Scotia and Founding Patron
of Peaceful Schools International.
- April 21st - 12:20 PM- Empire
Theatre 10
Teaching Peace in a Time of War will play along with the footage assembled
by Students for Teaching Peace Video Group. This will be followed by
an interactive discussion with the film's director Teresa MacInnes,
Hetty van Gurp, President of Peaceful Schools International and several
members of Students For Teaching Peace.
